You might have heard some buzz recently that Rackspace has announced itself as the Open Cloud company. We’re pretty stoked about the change: we’ve decided to take Fanatical Support to millions on the Open Cloud. While other companies are locking up their code (not to mention their employees), we’re opening minds and embracing the open revolution.
