  1. Very unimpressed that the first time i place a support call i am on hold for over 15 minutes and am still being told that “I have a wait time of over 15 minures”

    Not the level of support I expect from Rackspace

  2. James – sorry to hear about your experience. We do try to eliminate hold times, but on occasion specific teams or specialties do see higher than average demands. I am sorry you experienced this.
