Rollin’, rollin’, rollin’ … Keep them doggies rollin’
Okay, sorry… I just had that song stuck in my head.
Anyway.
Things are going great and I keep pushing forward with the shirts! Check out the five from this week below. Thanks to everyone who has pitched in and continues to help me set the bar as high as possible.
Day 34: Fanatical® Forever! This is another beauty from Nick Danes. Of special interest in this photo is Recruiter, Roxanne Molina… she can’t believe I’m on Day 34 already!
Day 35: The SMB shirt comes to us from Nick Danes (he has a few in his closet apparently). SMB stands for small and medium businesses. Early on, that was our primary target market and continues to make up a large portion of our business today. Fanatical Support® all the way!
Day 36: The next piece of Rackspace history comes from a campaign for managers to empower Rackers. The shirt was born out of our Great Manager’s Training. Once again, Nick Danes… you’re it man!
Day 37: RackerPalooza… aka Super Cool Invitation Only Technical Job Fair With A Rackspace Twist. The event is actually taking place tomorrow, but our volunteers are receiving a shirt before things get underway… as you may have noticed, we like shirts 
Day 38: As you may have already noticed from the smile, we welcome new Rackers with enthusiasm! Someone accused me of printing up this one, but I can assure you that it’s the real deal! Welcome new Rackers!

Phil White joined Rackspace in April of 2006 as a member of the Finance Team. Since that time, Phil has supported a number of our internal groups. In 2007, Phil moved to the Compensation & Benefits group and since that time has dedicated the majority of his efforts to helping keep Rackspace’s culture unique and special.
In his spare time, Phil enjoys mountain biking, pick-up basketball and spending time with his family (three boys and a lovely wife!).
