It’s been another exciting week at Rackspace! Never a dull moment – especially with a short week!
I hope that everyone had a very Happy 4th of July!
Now, on to the shirts.
Day 43 – First off, credits. Thank you Royce Stewart for providing the majority of the T-shirts this week. He also gave us some good stories behind them. This first one is the infamous Sharepint T-shirt. Sharepint is a meet-up/support group for Microsoft Sharepoint users/administrators. They get together and discuss the application over beers. It’s actually a pretty large and active community. The shirt actually caused a bit of a stir due to our logo being so prominent. The shirt has been redesigned since then to make everyone happy…so, this is a limited, never-to-be-printed again, edition.
Day 44- This shirt was in commemoration of the first customer briefing we held in our new headquarters building – affectionately known as The Castle.
Day 45 - That is right 45 shirts and a world record! I am standing next to the plaque commemorating our Guinness World Record word search. More to come on that soon! This shirt says it all… and yes, we love our creative team!
Day 46 – Another T-shirt donation from Suizo (aka Frederick Mendler, VP of Growth and Development). This T-shirt marked the launch of our Sharepoint team earlier this year. I am noticing a Sharepoint theme this week. If you or our company have Sharepoint needs, check out our offering here. If, on the other hand, you have Sharepoint skills, check our job openings here.
Good week! Now on to the next!
