I continue to forge ahead with new ideas popping into my head while we are in the middle of an activity. I find myself walking into stores, looking around and wondering what the next “Fanatical Day of Summer” could entail! At this point, I am consumed by this…..
AND I LOVE IT!!
Of course employees are still asking what the next surprise will be. We love keeping it concealed as long as possible to give the Rackers something to look forward to towards the end of the day.
We completed days 15-19 last week. Blacksburg received a visit from one of San Antonio’s own – Sugar Bear – for our first ever Rookie-O-On-The-Go program.
We celebrated with Sugar Bear, the inaugural class and the rest of the office with cake, cheesecake & pies. YUM!
The beginning of the week served up tasty lemonade and, an office favorite, fruit kebobs (assembled with love, making them extra special)! They tasted as good as they looked.
The laugh of the week came from hula hoops! The top of our parking deck provided lots of space to shake it. I was pleasantly surprised at some of the moves Rackers have here in Blacksburg.
Finally – an ode to our Texan counterparts – a chips and salsa bar. What a fiery end to an awesome week!
