		<description>As one of Monty&#039;s colleagues who has not taken the leap of faith to leave DC (YET!)...

Monty is absolutely correct about Northern Virginia and right on the money about Austin, and I say this as a twenty-something native of the DC area.

I got the chance to party with Austin Rackers at SXSW (thanks, Monty!) and was literally blown away - you guys know how to keep it real, make things happen for your customers, and live life the way it is meant to be, all at the same time. (Not to mention that I think I may have fallen in love with Austin that weekend too!)

Now that&#039;s a company I wish I could some day work for - and a city I wish I could could some day call home.

In the meantime, Monty, many of us back home are damned proud of you.</description>
