Sophie became a Racker in 2006. Her first role with the organization was as an Account Manager working 2nd shift. Since that time, Sophie has contributed in a variety of roles from Sr. Account Manager to her present role as a Customer Care Manager on the Cloud Apps team.
In her free time, Sophie enjoys Cross Fit, promoting the health of others and furthering her studies. She is currently working on her Masters in Administration with a concentration in Organizational Development.
