Phil White joined Rackspace in April of 2006 as a member of the Finance Team. Since that time, Phil has supported a number of our internal groups. In 2007, Phil moved to the Compensation & Benefits group and since that time has dedicated the majority of his efforts to helping keep Rackspace's culture unique and special.
In his spare time, Phil enjoys mountain biking, pick-up basketball and spending time with his family (three boys and a lovely wife!).
