Kirit Sagoo joined Rackspace in 2006 as a senior recruiter and during her first year hired over 130 Rackers for the EMEA group. This achievement led to her being the first Racker to be awarded a “Fanatic” award outside of our technical support departments! She then served as Operations Talent Acquisition Manager, leading the hiring team for our support segments for 2 years and in 2010 moved from Operations to lead our sales hiring initiatives in EMEA.
Kirit currently serves as Head of Onboarding & Engagement for our UK operations.
