Ketrick Sledge

Ketrick Darnell Sledge was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas.  Currently he works with the Lead Generation team aka "Q-team".  The Q-team are the guides for our customers, collecting information about their wants and needs before directing them to different specialist in the sales department.

He first heard of Rackspace from his brother, a fellow Racker named Jerrick.  Even though Ketrick doesn't consider himself technical, he couldn't resist applying after all the great things he'd heard.  When he got a call informing him that he had earned an interview at Rackspace he literally dropped the phone!
What does Rackspace represent to Ketrick?  "This is a company that will bring out the greatness in you and you will understand why this is such a positive company. I remember my manager said one phrase to me about himself with this company: 'I am passionate about my job.' I believe that is the key to success with anything, but for the first time I heard it come from leader who I see loves his job. There may be companies with more money, more people, but no company has more heart then we do."
