Drew Hicks

Before he joined Rackspace, Drew waited tables in a Lebanese café, worked briefly as a cheesemonger, then as a cinematographer in Hollywood.  He became a Rackspace customer while working for a hospice, and bicycled through India for three months before finally putting on the red lanyard.

Drew serves as an Employment Branding Specialist – searching for the answers to life’s persistent question: What makes Rackers so unique?  He studies what makes a successful Racker and tries to get in touch with people that share those qualities out in the world. He acts as Editor of rackertalent.com, managing a community of bloggers, and the contributions they submit.
