Darrin Hanson

Darrin Hanson is the Vice President of Intensive Support at Rackspace, responsible for Fanatical Support to over 1,000 customers.

Prior to this role, Darrin spent 2+ years leading Infrastructure Services at Rackspace.Ā  This team was responsible for infrastructure and customer escalation support. Technologies included Storage, Managed Backup, Virtualization, Monitoring Systems, Segment Support and Database Services (among other technology and operations functions).

Darrin has 14 years of experience prior to Rackspace at technology services leaders EDS, Dell and Brocade. He has held various roles in leadership, customer relationship management, operations, customer service, sales and business development.

Darrin lives in San Antonio with his wife Maureen, daughters Reilly and Kate, and son Jack.
