Rackspace Talent

Chad Rodinis is a RES/Intensive Solutions Engineer based out of Cape Town, South Africa.  He serves as a resource to Rackspace teams located in both Australia and the UK.  In addition, Chad investigates market trends in South Africa and, every once in a while, gets involved with sales in the Africa and Middle East regions.

In 2003, Chad started working with Rackspace in a DC Ops - Tech Support - ITS role.  He was one of only five technicians based out of the UK office at the time.  Since then, Chad has worked in a variety of roles and moved twice, working remotely from Dubai and Cape Town.  His geographical movement with the organization helped lay the foundation for Rackspace's current remote work policies.
