Rackspace® University, dubbed Rack U or RU, is our onsite learning and self-improvement program. It’s not a Hamburger University or a Tire Repair Tech, where you have a three-day crash course focused on you just getting through a full day of work.
Rack U is a whole team of Rackers whose sole job is helping you become the person you want to be inside and outside of the office. And that means we have a pretty mixed bag when it comes to a curriculum. It goes way beyond how to use a phone, how to set up your email and how to do your job without causing a major catastrophe on your first day.
It’s more about providing a venue where all of us can continue growing as professionals and as people, so that on your 1,376th day at Rackspace — you’re as passionate about living and working as you were on your very first day.
